Last workout before shoulder surgery.
Morning:
Tchoung 24 stretching form plus yoga pose and squatting pose, yang style sword form, Dalu left and right, TKD basic punches and kicks, Earthstone's stepping drills, Eddie's spinning footwork, practice "push" fajin 50 times.
Night:
400 waist turns (200 on each single weighted leg), leg stretches leading up to side and front splits, 37 form right side, 20 minutes standing meditation, four directions peng lu ji an form.
